Much more simple. On the start page enter the family name and choose Lithuania.

I think, that other Preiskel, especcially those, who belong to Seda jewish community, also the relatives.
on JG:
Seda and Šėta, Lithuania. Both in Kovno district. You need the sources of the records found to understand which town discussed.

Most of Preiskel moved Kovno. This also points to somewhat family relation.
There are 3 researchers, looking for Preiskel (Kovno, Raguva) on JG. Maybe they know the family history in deep?

Please, try to find by yourself the information about your relatives in English sites. At least in JewishGen, Yad-va-Shem and familysearch.
