DUGATKIN, SCHMUKLER, TINOVSKY from Kherson area / ДУГАТКИН, ШМУКЛЕР, ТИНОВСКИЙ (Херсонская губерния)

Hi,
I'm searching information about my GGParents' families that remained in Kherson area (then URSS and today Ukraine) at the beginning of XX century. The surnames are DUGATKIN, SCHMUKLER. One of the daughters married with TINOVSKY.
During WWII some of them flew eastward to survive and after the war they came back to Mykolayev and remained there till the 1990's, when it seems that part of the family migrated to Germany.
May be someone has any idea or hint?
