This is his second match to Moshe Meir Pugliev (1851-1915) from Novazipke.
Moshe moved to america in 1907.

My father does not remember anything about the first school other than it was in Podol. He does not remember anyone taking him but does remember Sura taking him to doctors after school for a vaccination.

He thinks he was taught in Ukrainian language.
He thinks his school years he was living with the Krukov family.
The krukov family disappeared that was why he was wondering the streets.
They must have gone while he was at school?

Я не знаю, как в начальной школе, но последние классы десятилетки это уже была школа с украинским языком обучения.
В это время существовали только украинские школы, русских не было.
Это я так, о возрасте.
Интернатов тогда не было, были детские дома.

There is information about Krukov Yakov on site "Pamyat naroda" which is dedicated to soviet wariors in WWII.

Krukov Yakov Nikitovich (his father is Nikita) was born in 1901 in Yashkino, Kuybyshevskaya oblast. Was drafted to the army in Kiev in 1944.
Died in 1945.
Nearest relative: neighbor Zevaka Yakov, who lived in Shevchenko village #22.

Could it be that Yakov?

I'm not sure, but as I know, usually in the graph "nearest relative" is indicated wife or another relatives: parents, brothers/sisters.
But there is just his neighbor in the document. So perhaps Rosa could died before.

So Aleksei Danilovich Pogulyaev was born in 1907 in Novozybkov. Was drafted to the army in september 1941 in Kiev.

Lived in Kiev Staro-Vedelskiy per. #3.
He went missing in 1941.

His wife Pilipchuk/Pylypchuk Maria (full version of Masha) Grigoryevna (her father was Grigoriy).
