TARLAVSKAYA, Serafima Abramovna (maiden name Pozdnyakovsky) born January 21, 1908 in Nikolaev, died in the 1990's in Nikolaev
TARLAVSKY, Fedor (Froehm Zalm) details unknown, had 4 sons Mikhail, Munya, Simon and Moishe
TARLAVSKAYA, Luba details unknown, had 4 sons Mikhail, Munya, Simon and Moishe
POZDNYAKOVSKY, Abram Maseyevich born in Gadich, died in Nikolaev, had 3 children Serafima, Elizaveta and Miron
POZDNYAKOVSKAYA, Esther Malka (maiden name Blatt) born in Odessa, died in Nikolaev, had 3 children Serafima, Elizaveta and Miron

Oztech -- On File 41 - 1069 there appears to be a David Schvei who is 13 years old. Am I correct that his parents names are at the top of the page? Could they be Yankel (Age 43) and Eta Beila (Age 33) with three siblings Chana (Age 19), ?-Leiba (Age ?), and Dina (Age 10?)? I'd appreciate any other details that you can provide from this document such as the occupation of the parents.

Yes, you are right that the parents are at the top of page, but the father's name is Hatskel, son of Shmuil-Aron, and the mother's name is Eta-Beila, daughter of Beniamin-Leiba. After them in the census list are three their sons: Hona, 19 y.o., David-Movsha, 13 y.o., Shmuila-Leiba, 6 months, and one daughter Dina, 10 y.o..
Zelikovich Hana d. Motel (#7) is an aunt of Hatskel, #1.
Galansky Aron-Sheel s. Zelik-Beinus (#8) is nephew of Eta-Beila, #2.
Hatskel is the owner of a butcher shop, his wife and children, including nephew, work in this shop.
Hana, the widow, lives together with Aron-Sheel.
