The Soviet Union formally annexed Lithuania on August 6, 1940.
German troops enter Kaunas on June 24 1941.
This way Mark Meir Soloveichik been arrested and sentence between
August 6, 1940.and June 24 1941.Not in 1942.

That’s probably him. Since he was rehabilitated, you can try to get his case open and review documents but I would not say it is easy.

Dveira was my grandmother’s sister… all from Vilna.

It seems like the documents are in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan. You will have to figure out the country’s laws to access to this information.
Typically you need to provide proof you are related if the documents less than 75-100 old but again Kazakhstan may have different law then Ukraine or Russia or Belarus.
