Roots, You are very welcome! They just wrote to me today; they have only 2 people for requests of Polish language images. I would think that they would have very few people to take care of requests that are Russian language images. Because the service is now so widely known, I would think that it may take longer than 1-2 weeks to responnd to you. Good luck!!
